"Bartlett Cares" Holiday Food Drive

“Last holiday season, we began the tradition of the “Bartlett Cares” holiday food drive to benefit the Mid-South Food Bank and I was so delighted with the generosity of Bartlett’s citizens. More and more, our citizens are being tested with a struggling economy but even in the face of adversity, we come together to be good neighbors to each other and those in surrounding communities.  As we enter a new holiday season, I ask you once again to reach out to your fellow man and help us fill a dire need at the Mid-South Food Bank.  Together, we can make a difference.  I know Bartlett Cares!”  Mayor A. Keith McDonald

"BARTLETT CARES” Help us spread the word and fill the shelves at the Mid-South Food Bank!  The City is sponsoring a city-wide food drive for The Mid-South Food Bank until January 9, 2013. If every Bartlett citizen donated just one can of food that would be over 54,000 lbs and would provide over 43,000 meals.

Donations can be made at all Bartlett Fire Stations, Bartlett City Hall, Bartlett Senior Center, Bartlett Recreation Center, Singleton Community Center, Bartlett Performing Arts & Conference Center, Bartlett Justice Center & the Bartlett Library. Monetary donations can be made online at www.midsouthfoodbank.org  (Bartlett Cares) or in the Mayor’s office at City Hall.  For questions, pleasecontact Loryn Hernandez 385-6444 (Bartlett Mayor’s Office)

BRING YOUR CAN GOODS TO THE PARADE.
This year we will be collecting non-perishable food at the Bartlett Christmas Parade, on December 8, along the parade route.
