Board of Zoning Appeals
The Board of Zoning Appeals shall adopt rules necessary to conduct of the Zoning Ordinance. Meetings shall be held at the call of the chairman and at such other times as the Board may determine. All meetings shall be open to the public.
The Board shall consist of five (5) members to be appointed by the Mayor and approved by a majority of the membership of the Board of Mayor and Aldermen, each for a term of three (3) years. The Board shall consist of at least one (1) member of the Board of Mayor and Aldemen, one (1) member of the Municipal Planning Commission and one (1) member of the Design Review Commission.
